Getting Started

How do I create an account?

  1. Download QuizSnap from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap “Sign Up”
  3. Choose to register with email or use social login (Google, Facebook, etc.)
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile setup

Can I create my own quizzes and flashcards?

Yes! Tap the “Manual” section on the Quiz/Flashcards page.


Account & Login Issues

I forgot my password

  1. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  4. Follow the link to create a new password

Can I retake quizzes?

Yes! You can retake any quiz to improve your score or refresh your knowledge by pressing the retake quiz button on the score page.


Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing

  1. Force close the app completely
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update to the latest app version
  4. Clear the app cache, reinstall
  5. If issues persist, contact support with your device model

Quizzes aren’t loading

Audio/images not working

Sync issues across devices


Billing & Subscriptions

How do I upgrade to Premium?

  1. Go to Profile → QuizSnap Plus
  2. Complete payment through App Store
  3. Premium features activate immediately

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → QuizSnap → Cancel

All billing is handled through App Store (iOS). Contact their support for:

I paid but don’t have Premium features

  1. Force close and reopen the app
  2. Check Settings → Subscription for status
  3. Verify payment went through in your app store
  4. Contact us if features still not available

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile → Account Name → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

How do I export my data?

Contact support@quizsnap-app.com to request a data export. We’ll provide your data within 30 days.
